TERMS OF SERVICE

• While we are more than happy to answer questions you have, we ask that you take it upon yourself to do your research prior to purchasing an animal. 

• Purchases can be made through email transfer to angie@dreamlandexotics.ca or cash upon pickup.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an animal.

• Shipping quotes are available upon request.  Shipping is available weather permitting, and depending on the animal available.  

• We do not ship from October 31 to February 28.  We will not hold animals during this time.  Local pick up only.

• Depending on the age, and species of the animal, sex is not guaranteed unless stated prior to purchase.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to research, and adhere to their Provincial and Municipal laws to ensure it is legal to keep a particular animal.

• Payment plans are available upon request.  A 20% non refundable deposit of the total cost is required to proceed.  All payment plans are to be completed within 30 days.  If the total payment is not received by 11:59pm on day 30, all but the 20% deposit will be refunded, and the animal will be made available on the website.  In the case of us not being able to supply the animal, a refund will be issued in the total amount including the 20% deposit.  Special requests are made on a case to case basis.  This applies to purchases over $1000  

• We will not place animals on hold without a payment plan.

• Returns - To avoid returns, we ask that you be sure of your purchase before making your decision.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a refund may be issued within 24 hours of receiving your animal.  The animal must be returned at the buyers expense, and inspected for any health concerns before a refund will be issued. 

• All animals are guaranteed healthy before purchase. 

• We reserve the right to refuse sale of any animal if the buyer does not seem knowledgeable, respectful, or responsible.
